Monmouth Museum Presents: Dinosaurs: Fossils Exposed

Get ready for a prehistoric adventure this fall, unlike any other as the Monmouth Museum proudly announces a thrilling new exhibit, Dinosaurs: Fossils Exposed.
Transporting visitors back in time to the age of the dinosaurs, this interactive exhibit explores the bones and fossils belonging to the magnificent, giant creatures that once roamed the Earth. Dinosaurs: Fossils Exposed invites visitors to embark on a journey of discovery as they explore the fascinating world of dinosaurs through a captivating blend of science, art, and imagination. From a towering T-Rex to a majestic Triceratops, visitors can view and even touch six full dinosaur skeletal molds. The exhibit features molds of skulls, arms, legs, eggs, and footprints, bringing these ancient creatures to life like never before. Guests can also enjoy a paleontological dig in the exhibit, searching for fossils.
Erika Schaefer, Executive Director of the Monmouth Museum shares, “This exhibit is adream come true for me and the Museum team. It's a chance for our community to come face to-face with life-sized dinosaur skeletons, marvel at stunningly detailed fossil replicas, and embark on an educational journey right here in Monmouth County.”
In addition to the massive 2,500sf exhibit, visitors can look forward to a variety of exciting events and activities throughout the duration of the exhibit, including guided tours, educational workshops, and a special Museum fundraiser.
The exhibit will open in early September 2024 and run through January 2, 2025.
